These AI Assistant Terms ("AI Terms") apply when you connect an AI assistant or agent (for example, via Claude, ChatGPT, or any other client) to the RIPPL Marketing platform ("the Service") through our Model Context Protocol ("MCP") connection. They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By connecting an AI assistant, you agree to these AI Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
Once connected, an AI assistant can read your organization's data in the Service and, when you or your agent direct it to, take actions that change your data and your connected Amazon account — including, for example, changing product prices, editing listings, submitting inventory or shipment plans, and creating or modifying reports. You control which assistant you connect and what you ask it to do.
The AI assistant is a tool that assists you. It does not replace your judgment, and it is not an employee, agent, advisor, or fiduciary. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring every action taken through the connection and for all outcomes. You should independently verify any recommendation, number, or action before relying on it, especially anything affecting pricing, inventory, spend, or your Amazon account. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and backups.
Artificial intelligence can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected, and can take actions that differ from what you intended. The Service and any AI output are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output will be correct or that connected actions will achieve any particular result.
AI output is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Decisions you make using the Service are your own. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any AI-directed actions comply with Amazon's terms, policies, and applicable law, and with the terms of any AI provider you connect. You represent that you are authorized to connect the account and grant the access involved. Actions taken on your Amazon account through the connection are your responsibility, whether initiated by you or by an assistant acting on your instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIPPL Marketing and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind — including lost profits or revenue, lost or inaccurate data, pricing or inventory errors, account suspension, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — arising out of or relating to the AI connection, AI output, or actions taken through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability relating to the AI connection will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIPPL Marketing and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the AI connection, your instructions to an assistant, or actions taken on your account through it.
We may update these AI Terms or discontinue the AI connection at any time. You may stop using the AI connection at any time by revoking access. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated AI Terms.
